Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Book Gifts Shop, your local Queensland-based indie store for books and gifts.

 

For Books:
All books are printed to order especially for you. Because of this, we can only replace books that arrive damaged or with a printing error. If your book arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

 

For Toys and Gift Items:
We will refund or replace any damaged toy or battery-powered product purchased from our website within 14 calendar days of receipt. Simply return the item in its original packaging, and once received, we’ll refund both your return postage and the full product cost.

After the 14-day period, refunds will no longer be available. We encourage customers to check their items within the first week of delivery to ensure everything works properly.
